CASE STUDY STORIES
Essex – Career Progression Support
Basildon
Leah, early 30’s, Worked parttime, Studied finance and was unable to make changes to help progress into industry. She felt discouraged, demotivated and depressed with constant pressure to scale her time and skills whilst juggling family, work, and expectations — but little clarity about skills and strengths to progress at work and plan next steps in her career.
Through Graced & Gifted, Leah identified her skills and developmental areas as a Giver and Go Getter.
She learned that her strength wasn’t doing more, but supporting and structuring others wisely.
Outcome:
Within 2 weeks of session she secured her online finance course enrolment that she delayed for 2 years. She reshaped her role, gained confidence, contributed more to the team, set healthier boundaries, and stepped into a better position. With less stress and more meaning in life and work.
