NEED TO REMOVE THE WEB APP
FOR PARENTS
If the iPhone is managed by a parent (using Screen Time, Family Sharing, or another parental control system), the parent may have disabled app deletion.
Ask the parent to check:
- Settings → Screen Time.
- Enter the Screen Time passcode.
- Go to Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases.
- Make sure Deleting Apps is set to Allow.
If the phone is managed through a parental control app or mobile device management (MDM), the parent may also need to remove that restriction.
